Track & Trace
Real-time GPS tracking of vehicles in the field provides detailed information about their location, speed, and status. It offers oversight of your entire fleet and parameters such as completed jobs, completed stops, number of POI locations visited.
Driver ID
Driver identification provides information about vehicle operators in the field at all times. Additionally, it allows automatic working time registration, travel orders, which significantly improves your administrative efficiency and costs.
Alert system
Instant messages sent to the office and drivers triggered by specific events. Speeding, unscheduled stops, cargo doors opening, vehicles on the move are all logged within the system with notifications so you have complete fleet control.
Reports and analytics
Daily, weekly, monthly reports and analysis automatically sent to you via email, which are easily integrated into your existing information systems. The content and complexity of the reports depend on parameters set forth by the client.
Navigation and communication
Written communication vehicle – office. The system allows direct communication between vehicles and the office via a navigation unit or tablet connected to ProFleet. You can exchange simple messages, locations or even complete routes.
Tachograph data
Access to current driver TACHO status in an interactive table within the system to get a complete picture for current and future driver availability or any possible violations in the field. Comply with TACHO regulations, avoid fines, and improve driver safety.
Analogue sensorics
A fuel probe allows precise data about fuel usage and refuel amounts. In case of fuel theft, you can receive alerts specifying the exact time and location of set event.
Temperature sensors monitor cargo temperature at all times and record the data in the system. Combined with our alert systems you are instantly made aware of any deviations from specific temperature parameters during transport.
Digital sensorics
Situational drive switch logs different driving status and mileage, which significantly simplifies office administration. Differentiate between private/business, emergency/non-emergency, load on/load off.
Door opening sensors detect cargo hold doors opening, ramps unloading, etc. Combining this with the alert system you can improve workflow awareness, asset security and transport efficiency.
Eco drive
Connection with the on-board computer, allowing access and monitoring of driving behavior. Speeding, harsh breaking, abrupt acceleration, RPM violations, and average fuel consumption are all recorded in the system for analysis.
Document scanning
Scanning documents e.g. Bill of Lading (BoL), ECL etc. and sharing scans between office and driver.
